ing.ng gives everyone a free subdomain — which means we take abuse seriously so the
whole namespace stays trustworthy for its owners, their visitors, and the wider internet.
Phishing, malware, and scams are removed quickly.

How we handle a report
1. ReportAnyone can report a name via our abuse form or by email — no account needed.
2. ReviewWe assess it against our Acceptable Use Policy. Clear phishing/malware with real evidence is actioned fast; borderline cases get a human look.
3. Reversible holdWe suspend the name and pull its DNS so it stops resolving immediately. Suspension is reversible — we do not delete on a first, unconfirmed report.
4. Notify & appealThe owner is emailed the category of the issue (never the reporter’s identity) and can appeal within 72 hours. A wrongly-held name is restored.

Our ing.ng Trust & Safety Team reviews every report.
